Lost and Forgotten in the Prison System

Sometimes I wonder, why do people assimilate to coexist. Adhere to that, honor this code switch in a mirror to be competent but verbally communicate what contradicts. Why do model minorities get the long end of the stick? Because they left their country and fought for it. Why is it blacks started crack when? the government was the farmer to that epidemic that will forever last.  Why is it all Mexicans cut grass and Muslims carry bombs and wear rags? Why did Jermaine get 60 years and Timmy got a pass? Why do Natives stay drunk and fight for THEIR land? Who is THE MAN, and what's his plan? Why are peace officers trigger happy and need medication? Why is the shooting range their only dedication? WHY IS IT THAT A POMPOUS SELF CENTERED RACIST IS THE RULER OF THEE AMERICAN NATION.

If I could make plain how much pain is ingrained in my veins or how hard it is to maintain a sane mind frame and why I have to always restrain from going insane. If I didn't have to supplicate to refrain from the recollection of the warfare I contain in my brain. If I could explain why 2 faces have the same name, and why there's so many pictures with no frames. If I was two steps ahead of the game with an unchanging lane or if I wasn't trying to hit a target with no aim. If it was easy to penetrate why it's so hard to change, but can leisurely do the same. If I knew why people react to entertain, and why they push the blame. If there was no struggle or pain.  If I could tell my sons to be brave.  If I just stayed. If I knew what to say... in so many ways my life would be saved.

A bullet can pierce more than flesh, it can suck a family dry until there's nothing left. They're easy to buy, but hard to remove from a liver, spine, or chest. 9 times out of ten, there's no surviving one to the head. Why when caught cheating, they call rape and it hits headlines and TMZ? Why can the United States President throw man child fits because he's not having his way on national television and Twitter? Why did it take the Me Too movement to "expose sexual predators" that were already exposed? Why can someone say a racial slur to an athlete and the athletes career is taken? What's the difference between declaring an unnecessary war, and a racist womanizer in the white house? Why when a man shoots another unarmed man he's considered a hero? Why does a black man get life for shooting someone who was shooting at him? Why is it OK to question a black man being beaten with a noose around his throat and called everything but a man of God, but believe a white woman that says she gave the president fallacio in his office? The snow. It's beautiful to look at, but disruptive and dangerous. Some would say the same about a "prisoner", "convict", "inmate". No snowflake is the same, every woman has a name. So why do they say "hurry up and wait offender?! Go shovel that snow, but don't touch it and no snow angels!" Discard our feelings like the snow that's plowed on the edges of the walkways and streets. Because it's a snow day? No because they have the power and we have the inmate number. I just want respect. Why does the world stop and everything shuts down because of the snow, but it's normal operations when the power itches to be enforced? Does anyone care about this storm that wreaks havoc on the soul daily!?
